What do you need to prepare:

you need to connect the cable to the diag port and to the laptop
look below to the left of the steering wheel for the type of connector
you need to buy or just take a ready-made one if you have a 2022+ car

for intel the connector is non-standard (on the other side is lan)

for ryzen regular lan lan as from the included router

if you don’t have an RJ 45 network connector on your laptop, then buy a tp link adapter

You only need a laptop with Windows 10 or Windows 11

you also need stable wifi internet (mobile is not advisable)

 

The certificate should work:

the application should work and updates should arrive
go to service mode from the screen and connect wi-fi

ignition must be turned off during the procedure
the car should be parked:
do not press the brake
don't change gears
